Zeruya Shalev "Liebesleben" [English: "Love Life: A Novel"; Polski: "Zycie miłosne"]
Shalev's intensely sexual novel chronicles the obsessive affair of a young, married graduate student, Ya'arah. Zeruya Shalev's way of writing is almost poetic. You will switch between being turned on and romantically moved. Germans would say that this book is "geil". Reich-Ranicki described it as: "... gehört zum Besten, was ich in den letzten Jahren gelesen habe." (Thank you Katarina)
